Probably the best place to buy a bmw. Jorge Murillo was great with giving us all the info about the car we wanted. Sent us detailed pics (even the flaws) and was honest throughout the entire process. We drove from the Sacramento area and they even stayed opened late just for us. Overall 10/10 experience and highly recommend.
Worse experience ever. My vehicle was in for work that the body shop could not perform, not my choice. They had my car for 3 weeks to fix what should have taken a day. They then found wiring damage from rodents. I had to get that fixed and since they had the car and the parts, I let them do it. They returned my car with the engine light on and it idling poorly, sputtering and in very poor shape. They also gave me to me very dirty, all their parts wrappings and papers strewn all over inside.

Great experience. Joseph, our sales rep was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Edith in the finance department amazing had us out of there quickly. We actually visited the dealership regarding a used vehicle.(GMC) which was under 10k. But we still received BMW service, top notch! they detailed the vehicle and a full tank of gas.
